Ensure High-Quality Prints: Submitting Artwork for Tablecloths, Banners & More

Get professional-looking printed tablecloths, banners, mousepads, and bags! This guide explains how to submit artwork that perfectly fits your needs.

Simple Artwork (Logos & Text):

• For logos and text-based designs, simply send us your files in any of these formats: Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign, or high-resolution PDFs.
• Include any color references (PMS) for accurate color matching.
• We can help with complex layouts for an additional fee.

Detailed Artwork & Specifications:

• For more complex layouts for any of our products, submit artwork according to template on the product pages.
• We offer professional design services for an extra charge.

Submitting Your Artwork:

• Email: Send your artwork and reference PDF along with your order number.
• Upload Form: Upload your files directly to our secure upload form.

Artwork Requirements:

• Fonts: Outline all fonts or include a complete font list.
• Resolution: Images must be at least 150 dpi at full size (300 dpi for mousepads).
• Colors: Specify PMS colors or provide a reference print for critical colors.
• Layers: Keep images on separate layers for background matching.
• Text Size: Use at least 18pt serif or 12pt sans-serif font for reverse type.
• Bleeds: Include 1/8" bleed for pads and 1/4" for banners/tablecloths for designs reaching the edge.

Color Matching:

• While we strive for accurate PMS color matching, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork Size:

• Specify desired graphic size, or we will maximize and center it on the product. The final print size will be shown on the proof.

Proofs:

• We send free virtual proofs via email for your approval.
• Minor Layout is included for Tablecloths and Runners. More complex design and layout services are available for an extra charge.

Pre-Production Prototypes:

• Request prototypes for larger orders; costs vary depending on quantity. Contact us for details.
